Description
One of the largest battlegrounds of WWII was the Eastern Front, with the fighting lasting nearly 4 years and encompassing a huge area covering Eastern Russia and Eastern Europe. In many rural areas, especially further east, a lot of the villages were still comprised of simple wood and stone buildings with wood, thatch or even metal roofs. Likewise timber churches were also quite prevalent.
This model represents a generic Eastern Front house that may have been found almost anywhere during the fighting. Also included is a small outhouse and a shed.
The model is supplied with a detailed baseplate and a removable roof.
