Description
The Lince was an Italian armoured scout car, operational from 1943 to 1945 during World War II. Designed as a counterpart to the British Daimler Dingo, it was used by the Italian Social Republic and Nazi Germany for reconnaissance missions. The Lince was equipped with a single 8 mm Breda 38 machine gun and had a crew of two. With 392 units produced, primarily by Lancia and Ansaldo, it featured 14 mm maximum armour and could reach speeds up to 86 km/h. Post-war, it served in various Italian security forces.
