Panhard 179 (French)

Description

The Panhard 179 was a French personnel carrier designed in 1932 and in service from 1935 to 1945. It was based on the existing Panhard 165 armoured car. The 179 was lightly armoured and had a reasonable road speed (47mph) and it’s large bullet proof tires also gave it good off road capabilities.
