Description
As well as the more common types of pillbox that are obviously defensive structures, a number were also built as camouflaged defences. These often would look like something else at a glance such as a barn, house or even a lorry!
This example example is based on a camouflaged pillbox in Southern England that was designed to look like a brick house. For variation, it is available with either a pantile roof, tin roof or slate roof.
In order to aid with placing models inside, this is designed without an interior blast wall, and with a removable roof. A pintle-mounted Bren gun is also supplied.
Regional and other variations are also possible, please contact us for further information or with specific requests.
