DAK SdKfz 6/3 halftrack “Diana” (German)

Description

During WWII a number of stop-gap improvised vehicles were created by almost all nations. The “Diana” was a SdKfz 6 unarmoured halftrack that was fitted with a Soviet 76mm divisional gun to add additional mobile firepower to the Afrika Korps. Only 9 were made and these were all lost during the North Africa campaign.
