M13/40 Series III medium tank (Italian)

Description

A (M)edium tank of 13 tons, and adopted in 1940, the M13/40 medium tank was designed to replace the older M11/39. It become the primary tank used by Italy throughout the remainder of the war.

The Series III was a later evolution of the tank that incorporated various changes based on combat experience.
