NKVD SMG squad (Soviet)

Description

The NKVD (or “People’s Commissariat for Internal Affairs”) was an internal politicised police force in the Soviet Union from 1934 to 1946. Well known for conducting the Great Purge and mass deportations to of “undesirables” to the Gulags, it also served alongside the Red Army during the defence of cities such as Stalingrad and Moscow.

The unit comprises consisting 1x NCO, 5x SMG soldiers.
