Rifle Dog mine AT squad (Soviet)

Description

Anti-tank dogs or “dog mines” were dogs that had been trained to carry explosives and get close to enemy vehicles. Initially they were meant to drop a timed explosive but this was later replaced by a contact detonator that also killed the dog. They were not very effective and their use declined rapidly after 1942.

The unit comprises consisting 4x soldiers (with either rifles or SMGs) + 4 dog mines
