Charging “Banzai” Officer team (Japanese)

Description

This officer team can represent any the Japanese officers from a second lieutenant upwards. Japanese officers were carefully selected candidates from Rikugun Yonen Gakkō (preparatory military schools) who then undertook training at the Imperial Japanese Army Academy. In addition to the usually expected curriculum of an officer school, candidates also were trained in martial arts and horsemanship before being seconded to infantry regiments for familiarisation with equipment and leadership of platoons. After this, and once an additional batch of training was completed, they graduated as 2nd Lieutenants.
