Description
The Panzerbefehlswagen I was a German command tank used during World War II. Based on the Panzer I chassis, it was modified to serve as a mobile command post. The tank was equipped with additional radio equipment and antennas to facilitate communication between units. Unlike standard Panzer I tanks, the Panzerbefehlswagen I had no turret and was armed only with a single machine gun for self-defence. Its primary role was to coordinate battlefield operations and relay orders. Despite its limited armament, it played a crucial role in the early Blitzkrieg campaigns, enhancing the effectiveness of German armoured units
